Butler is a training program where trainees (students) will be trained to become someone who has the ability to serve guests from the beginning to the end of their visit to the property. Training participants (students/i) will be trained to have the ability as a waiterwaitress, reception, room attendant, bartender and culinary in accordance with the SKKNI and MRA ASEAN occupational standards.
The Butler program is equivalent to D2 where students will attend training for 2 years (4 semesters). The first semester is a theoretical semester where students will be trained on the Housekeeping department. The second semester is a theoretical semester where students will be trained on Food & Beverage Service. The third semester is a practical semester where students carry out apprenticeships (On The Job Training) in the industry (hotel/villa/cruise) and the fourth semester which is the last semester, students will be trained about culinary.
The cost for 1 year of training is Rp. 19,900,000, – The fee includes: building fees, uniforms, modules, practice fees, end of semester exams, competency certification exams, insurance, graduation certificates (Ijasah)
